Identify the clinical signs and symptoms of aspergilloma to ensure early recognition in patients with underlying lung diseases.
Implement appropriate diagnostic tests, including chest imaging and microbiological culture, to confirm aspergilloma in suspected patients.
Apply evidence-based treatment strategies, such as antifungal therapy or surgical resection, depending on the size and location of an aspergilloma.
Collaborate with interprofessional healthcare providers, including pulmonologists, infectious disease specialists, and thoracic surgeons, to comprehensively manage aspergillomas.
